  • We are happy to accommodate smaller rentals, however, our minimum spend is $375.

  • We are happy to rent Plinko for business conferences or expo purposes for multiple days. We charge $130 per day + $105 for delivery/pick up.

  • To protect the quality of our handcrafted wooden games, we do not currently offer customer pickup. Many of our games are large, heavy, and uniquely built, which can make them challenging to safely transport, set up, and take down without the proper equipment and experience.

    Our goal is to make your event as seamless and stress-free as possible — all you need to do is show up and enjoy the fun. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup so you can focus on your guests and the experience.

  • Our standard rental period allows for up to 3 days, giving you flexibility for events, setup, and takedown. We understand that every event is unique, so extended or custom rental periods may be available upon request.
    If you need your games for longer than 3 days, or have a special event timeline, please contact us info@knottygames.ca and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • If your rental includes overnight use, you won’t be charged for an additional day as long as we can collect the games by 9am the following morning.

    Pickups scheduled after 9:00am will be charged as an additional rental day. This policy helps us manage availability and ensure our handcrafted wooden games are ready for the next event.

  • We offer delivery throughout Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, including Squamish, Langley Township, Maple Ridge, White Rock, and Tsawwassen and everywhere in between.

    We’re also happy to deliver outside of our standard service area for an additional travel fee of $75 per hour of travel. Common out-of-area delivery locations and fees include:

    • Whistler or Abbotsford (1-day rental): $150 (approx. 2 hours travel)

    • Whistler or Abbotsford (2-day rental): $225 (approx. 3 hours travel)

    • Sunshine Coast, 1-2 day - $230 (2hrs travel + ferry reservation and fee)

    • Sunshine Coast, 3 day - $460 (4hrs travel + two ferry reservations and fees)

    • Bowen Island - cost of ferry (ferries if multiday rental)

    If your event location isn’t listed, feel free to reach out and we’ll provide a custom travel quote.

  • Yes! All delivery, set up, take down, and pick up services are included in the cost of the rental packages for rental destinations within our service area.

    For rental destinations further afield, we charge $75 per hour of travel time outside our service area.

  • Yes! We offer delivery to select locations accessed by ferry. Renters are responsible for all ferry fees, as well as any additional travel fees for deliveries outside of Metro Vancouver, where applicable.

    Common ferry-accessed delivery areas include:

    • Bowen Island:
      Bowen Island is considered part of Metro Vancouver. Delivery is included in our standard service area; however, renters are responsible for all ferry fees.

    • Sunshine Coast:
      Delivery is available with additional travel and ferry fees:

      • 1–2 day rental: $230 (approx. 2 hours travel + ferry reservation and fees)

      • 3 day rental: $460 (approx. 4 hours travel + two ferry reservations and fees)

    If your ferry-accessed event location isn’t listed above, please reach out and we’ll be happy to provide a custom delivery quote.

  • We will pick up the games anytime up to 11pm.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days or more in advance of the event date via written notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the agreement date via written notice will receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made within 6 days of the Agreement date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Our Giant Jenga is comprised of blocks of 2x4 lumber. When set up on our hand-crafted carrying case the game stands 3ft 6in tall at the start of game play. When set up on the ground, it stands 2ft 6in tall at the start of game play.

  • We accept online credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), cheque, e-transfer, and wire transfer.

  • All rental payments are due 2 weeks prior to event date.

  • This is highly unlikely, however, if a game, or part of a game, is damaged we charge a replacement cost, which varies per game. It’s a great idea to review our damage policy, which can be found in our rental agreement & liability waiver viewed at the link at the bottom of this page.

    Damage is determined by Knotty Games Rentals. Damage to games is determined based on broken or missing game pieces, whether the game is still playable, and is relative to the state the game was delivered in.
