Absolutely! We’re happy to do smaller rentals. But please note, our minimum charge is $380.

As our games have been carefully handcrafted, they can be particular to transport, set up and take down. Besides, all we want you to focus on is enjoying your event - we will take care of the rest!

Yes! We are happy to offer charities a 30% discount on all game rental packages.

Yes! All delivery, set up, take down, and pick up services are included in the cost of the rental packages for rental destinations within the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA).

For rental destinations further afield, we charge $125 per hour of travel time outside the GVA. Please read on for more details.

Our primary area of service is the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA), BC. We travel as far north as Lions Bay, south to Delta and Whiterock, east to Langley, and everywhere in between. The cost of delivery within this area is incorporated into the cost of the game rental packages. Bowen Island is also included, but renters must incur the cost of all ferry fees.

We will absolutely travel further afield than the GVA. We charge $125 per hour of travel outside the GVA. $125 is the minimum charge for delivery outside the GVA.

Yes, we will delivery along ferry routes. Renters must incur the cost of all ferry fees.

Bowen Island - Bowen Island is included in the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA). As such, we do not charge extra for travel to Bowen Island, however, as stated above, renters must incur the cost of all ferry fees.

Sunshine Coast - We will deliver to the Sunshine Coast. We charge $125 per hour of travel outside the GVA, and renters must incur the cost of all ferry fees.

Vancouver Island - We will deliver to Vancouver Island. We charge $125 per hour of travel outside the GVA, renters must incur the cost of all ferry fees, and must pay for overnight accommodation for Knotty Games staff if applicable.

All our rental package rates are for a single day. The exact time will vary based on your event. We will work with you to come up with a suitable delivery & set up time as well as an appropriate take down time.

As our games have been carefully handcrafted, they need to be protected from the elements in order to maintain their condition. As a result, we do not offer overnight or multi-day rentals.

We have spent many months in the woodshop hand crafting all of our wooden games from scratch. Our workshop is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, BC. Specifically, Roberts Creek.

We require a $100 deposit to secure booking dates. All balances must be made in full one week prior to your event.

We offer a courtesy one week hold for your event date while all the details are being worked out. Please note, we serve the first folks who make a security deposit for a date.

Cancellations made within 14 days or more in advance of the event date via written notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the agreement date via written notice will receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made within 6 days of the Agreement date will not be eligible for a refund.

This is highly unlikely, however, if a game, or part of a game, is damaged beyond repair we charge a replacement cost, which varies per game. It’s a great idea to review our damage policy, which can be found in our rental agreement & liability waiver. You can view this here:

Our giant jenga is comprised of blocks of 2x4 lumber. When set up on our hand-crafted carrying case the game stands 3ft 6in tall. When set up on the ground, it stands 2ft 6in tall.
